The well renowned restaurant at Villa Källhagen follows the changes of the season. It comes naturally in an environment where water, greenery and sun streams in from every direction.
The seasons are mirrored on the plates where we create modern food with Swedish roots and include visions of the future.
We aim for top quality, so we have our own bakery where all our bread and pastry are made. We also have a wine cellar stocked with wine from all over the world.
Villa Källhagen is always full of life, from the youngsters having a cup of coffee after a walk, to the businessmen enjoying their lunch in a soothing environment.
During the warmer seasons, the garden is a favourite place with views over the Djurgården Canal. During the colder months there is nothing better than meeting a friend in front of the open fire over a glass of wine.
The light plays an important role in our 36 hotel rooms, shining in through the windows facing the waters of the Djurgården canal or the green park of the Maritime Museum and directly in from the skylight in the bathroom ceiling. The rooms are decorated with the purpose of linking them to the different seasons. Just like every season, our rooms boast a unique and original character.
