Situated in the heart of Ponta Delgada, on the island of Sao Miguel, this complex is close to the historical zone of the city where you will find museums and charming architecture. Start off your tour of the town with a visit to the 18th century Portas da Cidade. Move on to the west side of the island and admire the national park Sete Cidades, with its peaceful setting of picturesque mountains and caldera lakes.

This establishment offers a comfortable and functional atmosphere. Make use of the good location, where most areas are within walking distance, or relax in your clean private room or the television lounge.
The bar doubles as breakfast room and is located on the first floor. Start your day with a continental breakfast, served daily from 07:30 to 10:00. The bar is open every day from 20:00 to 24:00.
All rooms facing the street feature balconies and, since December 2007, double-glazed windows.
Located near the Museum Carlos Machado and Ponta Delgada’s historic centre, the Residencial is a great base from which to explore the region’s attractions. Visit the lagoons of S. Miguel or discover the beauty of Sete Cidades. Lagoa do Fogo is a crater lake in the centre of the island and always worth a visit. Explore the island on foot or simply soak up the sun at Pópulo (6 km) or Água d'Alto (15 km) Beach.
The Residential reserves the right to request a pre-payment of 15% of the total amount in order to guarantee the reservation. This amount will be deducted on your final invoice.
