It is becoming an unanimous opinion that the best place to stay in Madeira is a Quinta, which is a traditional old family manor house and a walled estate, with its own luscious gardens. Quinta da Bela Vista is one of the finest of these establishments.
Being the first 5-star Quinta to host guests, this 158-year-old manor house has been transformed into an exclusive hotel where peace and tranquility reign. It still retains the feeling of a private house with fine paintings and beautiful antique furniture.
