Martensplek is located at the edge of the beautiful national reserve 'Goudplevier'. This area is developped by 'natuurmonumenten' as a protected area as big as a thousand hectare. The hotel offers 10 comfortable rooms. Nine of them have its own balcony wher you can enjoy the beuatiful view on the golf course and the forest of the natural area 'Goudplevier'.

Golf Course Martensplek is a unique 18 holes course with a total length of 6 kilometer. A lot of water between the holes makes it a big challenge for our golfers. There is also a golf-school where you van take lessons.
After an enjoyable day in the green surroundings you are invited in our restaurant for dinner in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Our diverse menu provides a wide variety meat, fish and vegetarian dishes.
Breakfast is served from 8:00 till 10:00. Breakfast packages are available for those who want to have breakfast earlier.
The province Drenthe offers various possibilities for biking and hiking tours through the beatiful national reserves. You can wander on the heathland or get wet feet in the peaty soil. Biking through the 'Oude Diep', a pittoresque scenery along old paths, is one of the possibilities. Also the hunebeds are worth a visit.
