Experience and taste the culinary dishes prepared with local produce, relax in an attractive atmosphere and the matching luxury in spacious rooms.
Your stay
The rooms offer lots of space and have been decorated in a stylish and modern fashion. The separate sitting corner offers great relaxation. Luxuries offered: a minibar, wireless Internet, bathtub and private balcony or terrace. Our suites are also fitted with an LCD TV featuring a DVD player, and an espresso machine. The comfortable beds guarantee a healthy night's sleep.
Grand Café and Restaurant
In the Grand Café, the sense of being at home predominates. Sitting at the reading table with a cup of coffee, relaxing whilst enjoying a "Texels juttertje" (liqueur) or having a drink with family and friends. Our doors are open all day long. Restaurant Wambinge, named after Texel's oldest village, focuses on authenticity. Discover the classic French kitchen (prepared with Texel produce). Several menus and an a la carte with refined dishes will prove a tasteful closure of the day.
Body & Health
Optimum relaxation of body and spirit in our relaxing area. The sauna, Turkish steam bath and the Hydrojet are especially refreshing and relaxing. The solarium offers beneficent heat and will slightly tan your skin, if the weather is slightly disappointing.

A feeling of ‘being at home’ pervades the Grand Café. Have a cup of coffee while sitting at the reading table, relax after a day of beachcombing or enjoy a drink with family and friends. The doors are open to you all day long. Wambinge Restaurant, named after the oldest village on Texel, prides itself on its authenticity. Discover the classic French cuisine that highlights the products of Texel. Diverse fixed menus and an à la kart menu with exquisite dishes form the perfect way to end the day.
The spacious room are decorated in a stylish and modern way. The separate sitting area provides a nice place to relax.
The rooms are luxurious thanks to the minibar, wireless internet, bath and the private balcony or terrace.
The bathroom of the superior room has a whirlpool and a sun shower.
The suites are equipped with an LCD TV, a DVD player, Hästens beds and a Nespresso machine.

The hotel has a very quiet location just a few minutes from the exciting centre of De Koog. The beach, dunes and the forest are close to the hotel.
Getting to Greenside Hotel
The boat to Texel leaves Den Helder every hour from 6.30 to 21.30. On Sundays and holidays, the first boat departs 2 hours later. For information about extra scheduled trips, check Teletext page 723.
On Texel
When you leave the boat, you will be on the Pontweg. Follow the signs to De Koog. Once in the village, continue straight ahead. At the junction in the centre, take the road on the right. You are now on the Nikadel. After passing the petrol station, you will see Greenside hotel in front of you. There is parking next to the hotel.
By bus
The bus travels from the ferry harbour in the direction of De Koog. If you get off of the bus at the bus stop on Nikadel, you can easily walk to Greenside Hotel.
Please note: Pets are only allowed upon request in some rooms with garden view. We ask a payment of 15,00 euro per pet per night.
