At the place where the "Wad" ends and the village street begins, you can find Hotel Golfzang. A maritime atmosphere of days long gone still is about this former building of the pilotage system. The entrance, the breakfast room and the guest rooms are all decorated in the original 19th century style.
The standard of comfort, however, is very modern. The sincere hospitality will give you a sense of coming home.

The hotel does not have a restaurant. However, as it is situated at the beginning of Dorpsstraat, several restaurants are within a walking distance.
All of the rooms in Hotel Golfzang are unique. They are all equipped with twin beds, en suite bathroom and all common facilities including a nice seating area which will make you feel at home immediately.
In the comfortable bed you will be asleep before you know it, especially if you let yourself be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the waves. If you have a room with a balcony and sea view you can enjoy the marvellous infinite views over the "Wad" (tidal flat).
The hotel is practically situated in the breakers of the "Waddenzee", at the beginning of the cosy village street. In direct proximity of the hotel, you can find various restaurants and places of entertainment.
The distance to the ferry is approximately 200m.
From the boat walk left into the 'Dorpsstraat' And our hotel is the first hotel on you left handsite.
Your room will be ready from 13:00 but if you arrive before this time, you are also very welcome. We will guard your luggage, which enables you to discover the surrounding area of our hotel.
The hotel does not have a lift, so if you have trouble walking, please mention this on the booking form, so that we can take extra care.
