An almost unreal view.
The modern architectonic design of the Duinhotel is perfectly situated in its beautiful natural surroundings. The circular shape with lots of glass offers an almost unreal view on the dunes, the countryside called Westerenban, and the glideplane airport. Relaxing and inspiring, and beautiful in each season.
A very fine kitchen.
Duinhotel Haamstede has a very good restaurant. In mediterrain sphere you will be surprised by the many choices of culinary pleasures. In our French-Italian orientated kitchen, only fresh products of A-quality are used. Our menu is creative and has very attractive daymenu’s.
The restaurant belongs to the 500 best restaurants in the Netherlands according to Ton de Zeeuw (culinary journalist of Dutch newspaper)

On our wine list we have excellent and very special wines. They are served at the exact right temperature.
Luxury bedrooms.
Your stay at the Duinhotel will be more than pleasant. Our rooms are larger than you usually see in hotels. The warm and luxury furniture in English country style inspires you to relax or to do some work. Of course, each room has kabel-television, radio and telephone with ISDN. The bathrooms are very luxurious with bath and a seperate showercabine, a hair-dryer and toilet. Duinhotel Haamstede has 36 rooms and 5 suites. In the hotel is a sauna, fitnessroom and solarium.
The possibilities for relaxing activities in the nearby surroundings are very good and of a great variety. You can go for a walk, or do some horseback riding through woods, dunes and beach. Of course the hotel has bicycles for you, so you can enjoy the lovely scenery by bike. At 500 meters from the hotel is a tennis court, and in front of the hotel is the glider airport.
At 5 minutes distance you will find an approach court with a driving range, and at 20 minutes distance an 18-hole golf course. You can also enjoy a lot of different kinds of water sports on the North Sea, the Oosterschelde and the Grevelingen lakes. For cultural excursions you can visit the Deltaworks, Castle Haamstede, monument towns, and cosy terraces all over the place.
How to reach the Duinhotel
From Rotterdam or Roosendaal to Burgh-Haamstede via Zierikzee or Ouddorp.
In Burgh-Haamstede you follow the signs R107 to the airport Nieuw-Haamstede.
