Our Brasserie, the contemporary restaurant of the Rustende Jager, is opened daily for our rich breakfast buffet, a nice lunch, a delicious dinner or a lovely cup of coffee. The honest cuisine, the good value, the creativity of the kitchen crew, and the ambiance appeal to most people. The kitchen is French-oriented, and we only use fresh products for our diverse dishes.
Our 42 guestrooms and 3 suites are tastefully furnished with warm colours and are equipped with a variety of facilities.
The hotel location is very central close to Hoofddorp, Aalsmeer, Flowerbulb fields, Amsterdam and Schiphol. Schiphol Airport is only a 15 minutes drive or 10 minutes by train (Railway Station at walking distance from hotel).
