The hotel is located in the historical centre of Haarlem. The Carlton Square is easy to reach from Amsterdam, The Hague and Schiphol Airport. The beach of Zandvoort is reachable within 15 minutes.

Haarlem is awarded the “Best Shopping city of The Netherlands”. There are numerous beautiful boutiques, nice antique shops and famous designer labels. The old centre characterizes itself by the cosy small estates and many monumental curiosities. Take a walk along the beautiful canal buildings. Enjoy!

Travel information

From The Hague/Schiphol Airport:
Take motorway A4 to Amsterdam, exit at A9 to Haarlem. Exit at A205 to Haarlem-Zuid/Zandvoort. Follow the road into Haarlem. Pass the bridge and turn right at traffic lights. Follow the road, after 500 yards you will see the Carlton Square Hotel on your right hand side.

From Utrecht:
Take motorway A2 to Amsterdam, exit at A9 to Haarlem. From Hoofddorp business district: Take motorway A4 to Amsterdam/Schiphol Airport. After the tunnel take A9 to Haarlem.

Public Transport:
From Haarlem Central Station you can take bus 50, 51, 90, 140, 175 and 176, stop at Tempeliersstraat. You will find the hotel behind the ABN-AMRO bank.

Exra beds and cots are only possible in the Executive room.

A garage of the municipality located beneath the hotel is available from Monday until Sunday.
From 8 am until 7 pm the costs are 2 euros per hour.
On Thursday this is until 9 pm.

From 7 pm until 8 am the costs are 2,50 in total.
