The ballroom can be divided into 2 separate rooms (Concorde I and Concorde II), and they are supported by two private rooms (Concorde III and Concorde V), which can be converted into VIP rooms or Secretariat rooms. For smaller events, the hotel has 8 'Gallery' rooms that are ideal for private meetings, seminars or as breakout rooms.

Serving lunch and dinner, the restaurant is situated on the ground floor of the hotel. Some of the favourites served, popular amongst guests are the sashimi, sukiyaki, shabu California rolls, gindara (Alaskan cod fish) teriyaki, soft shell crab fotomaki, and katsu curry don (deep fried beef and curry on rice).
