Mision Jalpan is located in downtown Jalpan de Sierra on the main street in front of the Mision de Santiago de Jalpan. It is located in the northern part of La Sierra Gorda de Queretaro, 190 kilometers from the city of Queretaro, capital of the state of Queretaro, and 367 kilometers from Mexico City.
