The guest house "Romance" is located only 10 km from the beautiful historic city of Kandava, and 98 km from Riga and Ventspils.
It is surrounded by a beautiful natural landscape in the ancient valley of the Abava River, where relaxation and fresh air are guaranteed. There are 10 non-smoking rooms with bathroom inside. The hotel features a big garden, a children's playground, a sauna, a lake, a fireplace, a barbecue area, and a kitchen where guests can cook on their own , or order breakfast on the patio. Among the leisure options offered is horseback riding (on request), volleyball, and a big trampoline.

The forest and fields around the hotel, the nearby Abava river park, huge stones, old caves and many other interesting sights can be enjoyed in the surrounding area.
The old Latvian cities of Sabile and Kandava (built in the 13th century), the country's oldest vineyard and the "Pedvales" open-air museum with many interesting sculptures are also in the area. The famous mountain "Sweden hat" is only about 3 km from the hotel.
