Kolonna Hotel Kuldiga is a budget hotel in the centre of the western Latvian town of Kuldiga, close to the old town, the park and the river.
The famous Ventas Rumba and the recently restored brick bridge can be reached in a 10-minute walk on the beautiful pedestrian Liepājas Street. The hotel has a café, where breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:00, and a restaurant (currently being renovated). Kuldiga is located about 170 km west of Riga (a little more than a 2-hour drive from the Latvian capital).

Kuldiga is one of the most romantic towns in Latvia, with ancient history and many traditions. Narrow streets, historical buildings, wooden houses and beautiful views make up the charm of the town.
Sights include Ventas Rumba - the widest waterfall in Europe (249 metres) -, the castle of the Teutonic Order and the old brick bridge across the River Venta. Built in 1874, it is one of the longest brick bridges in Europe.
Full prepayment is required on the day of arrival.
