Highlights are dishes based on very fresh fish from Castellammare del Golfo, and game from the hills of Alcamo. Tomato and other very tasty and fresh Sicilian vegetables are also featured. Renowned Sicilian sweets (cannoli, cassate, fruit-shaped marzipan, etc.) and a prestigious selection of white and red wines complete the menu.
The 23 rooms (2 of which are reserved for disabled guests) are decorated in typical Mediterranean style, with tones of blue, white, and orange. They offer a welcoming, relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.
