Built from an original 1840’s manor house, the Ardilaun has been in the Ryan family since opening in 1962 and is renowned for its tradition, hospitality and personal attention to detail. John Ryan, the General Manager, and the Ryan family are still personally involved in the running of the hotel on a day-to-day basis.
