Our family-owned villa/boarding house is located in the picturesque village of Sukosan, 12 km east of Zadar in the direction of Biograd, offering wonderful sea views. It is almost as city hotel, since it is only a 10-minute drive from the center of Zadar, with very affordable prices.
You will enjoy superb views of the islands of Pasman and Ugljan and the Kornati archipelago. We (the Cakarun family) are always there to answer all your questions and give recommendations, so that you can feel just like home and spend a pleasant holiday. In front of the villa there is a port for small boats, where you can anchor your boat during your whole stay. You can also hire a boat for 4 people. Moreover you can book excursions to various places (Kornati archipelago, Krka waterfalls, Plitvice lakes) at discount rates.

The buses going along the coastal roads stop just 100 meters from Villa Marina, so if you are coming by bus there is no need for a taxi. The beach is 50 meters away, and a part of it is reserved for our guests. Deck chairs are available for free.
Inside the hotel there is small bar for hotel guests only. Also dinner and lunch can be served upon prior arrangement. Just tell our chef what food you would like.
There are double beds in each room and there is enough space for one extra bed.
Sukosan is situated close to various wonderful places that are worth a visit.
4 national parks and 3 nature parks are no more than a 1,5-h drive or ride by boat away. In Sukosan you can enjoy lots of activities during summer, local food and folklore festivals. In the nearby city of Zadar there are many museums and historic sites.
