The very comfortable residence benefits from a quiet setting, surrounded by green areas in Normandy, right next to the Deauville's Barrière Golf course. It provides apartments overlooking either the golf or the swimming-pool.
The residence has been built in perfect harmony with the natural surroundings. The half-timbering buildings are located 2 km away from Les Planches and the beach. It is a great starting point to explore the beautiful surrounding area.

Deauville is famous for its many international events, as well as its horse racing, golf, luxury shops, its beach with the famous boardwalk, its casino, fairs and festivals. The Villa Strassburger, the Old School, the Old Presbytery and Saint Laurent's Chapel.
• The surrounding area
Trips to the Côte Fleurie:
Trouville (2 km): its port, its Casino and its very special atmosphere.
Villers-sur-Mer (8 km): its market and lively pedestrian streets, its beach and beach clubs (in season) for children, the fossil cliffs of the "Vaches Noires" (listed, protected site), the marshes (nature reserve, lake and bird island).
Houlgate (14 km): renowned for its beach and Belle Epoque villas, as well as its lively centre.
Dives-sur-Mer (19 km): an ancient well-preserved town of appealing, authentic charm, with its 14th century indoor market and church, the village of William the Conqueror with its craftsmen and antique dealers, and its famous Hostellerie, a former coaching inn.
Cabourg (20 km): full of the charm of the traditional Normandy seaside resorts of the Belle Epoque, its fine sandy beach, the casino and the famous Marcel Proust promenade.

Honfleur, the town of painters and great navigators (15 km).
Excursions to the Côte de Nacre (Ouistreham, Bernières, Colleville etc.) Arromanches, Caen, Rouen, Bayeux, Fécamp, Etretat, Le Havre, Dives, Pont-l'Evêque, Cheese, Cider and Mill routes, etc.
DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.
The reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00 Monday to Thursday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 at Fridays, from 08:00 to 21:00 at Saturdays and from 09:00 to 19:00 at Sundays. The reception is closed on Wednesday afternoon.
