The hotel is in northwest Tenerife nestled between two historical towns Vinos and Garachico, surrounded by 60 hectares banana plantation which lead down to the sea.
The main patio is scattered with palms and hundred year old Drago trees and surrounded by large gardens and fields making the area unique and special.
In the swimming pool you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of a spectacular natural setting and relax by having a sauna or a whirlpool bath. The property has a small private beach.

The hotel building has been in the family since the 16th century and is a relic to what it was for centuries, a stately home. It is full of history and family heirlooms that have survived to the present day. The local authorities have declared the building and land as ‘listed’ and is protected due to the artistic, environmental and historical importance of both.
There is also a second unit only five hundred metres from the Hotel reception, known as El Patio II, an old house where the plantation workers used to live. The two buildings are connected by a number of roads running between the bananas, where everything is redolent of pure air and of relaxation.
In the dining room, which looks out over the sea through the banana plantation, you can enjoy a natural and healthy breakfast or a dinner including typical local dishes and local wines.
Dinner: a 3-course home menu. Price per person is EUR 17 adults and EUR 10.50 children and includes a bottle of water.
The hotel is surrounded by 60 hectare banana tree plantation where you can take walks following paths and there is a small beach within the property.
The hotel organizes activities like hiking, diving or bicycle or canoe excursions (more information in the shop). 15 minutes away from the hotel you will find Buenavista golf course, designed by Severiano Ballesteros, with 18 holes and par 72.
The same distance away you will find a sports centre with a swimming pool, gym, sauna, Turkish bath and physiotherapy.
Horse rides or a descent through the Masca ravine can also be organized for you.
