The hotel is located in Granada's commercial and historical centre, 5 minutes from the Cathedral, 10 minutes from the Alhambra and 500 meters from the convention centre. It has all the services of a luxury hotel, wich include a large restaurant and private dinning rooms. It also has an English bar with live music and a terrace, as well as an outdoor swimming pool with a Barbecue Restaurant and a panoramic view of Granada.

The entrance is a 2 km walk from the hotel, although frequent bus services do run up the hill from the city centre. Also nearby are the Cathedral, final resting place of the legendary Catholic Monarchs, several Moorish baths, and the charming, whitewashed Albaicín district.
