The communal areas include 3 swimming pools (2 for adults, one heated, and 1 for children also heated), 2 jacuzzis and a pool-bar, sun terrace, buffet, self-service restaurant, supermarket, Irish tavern, tennis and volleyball court, mini club, entertainment programmes and a children's playground. All communal areas are set away from the accommodation as not to disturb.

The 252 apartments (5 suitable for the disabled) are arranged in small buildings, each painted a different colour, and each with its own balcony and terraces.
Each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living/dining area and a terrace. All equipped with an electric hob, a microwave, satellite TV (pay per view) and telephone.
There is the possibility of one third extra bed but must be arranged directly with the hotel.
