This small apartment complex overlooks Playa del Inglés beach and the sand dunes of Maspalomas, on Gran Canaria’s south coast.
The environmentally friendly Apartamentos El Paseo are set beside their own outdoor swimming pool. It boasts a peaceful setting overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, yet is located just 250 metres from a range of shops, bars and golf courses. A range of water sports are also available in the local area.
These apartments are ideal for a family break in the year-round sunshine of the Canary Islands.

A comfortable small complex with many guests returning year after year. 3-storey building surrounded by plants and flowers, a heated swimming pool and a sun terrace with sunbeds and parasols.
From 3/4 of the apartments you can enjoy panoramic views of the bay from San Agustín to the sand dunes and the lighthouse in Maspalomas.
You can choose among 3 types of apartments:
Type B: ground floor with view to the garden and the pool.
Type A: first floor with sea view
Type C: top floor with great views over the sea and the dunes of Maspalomas.
Fully renovated in 2002, all apartments are larger than 45m², have a separate bedroom with twin beds, kitchen/living area, bathroom and two 9m² private terraces/balconies screened off from the neighbouring apartment, for more privacy.
We are 25 km from Gran Canaria International Airport and 55 km from the island’s capital, Las Palmas.
The beautiful beaches of Playa del Inglés (2 km wide) and Maspalomas are only 200 metres away.
Some attractions on the area and distances from the complex:
- Puerto Rico (10 km) - This port has a famous man-made beach, tourist shops, souvenirs and a bus line linking the town with Playa del Inglés, Maspalomas and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
- Puerto de Mogán (16 km) - Picturesque resort with canals which link the marina to the fishing harbour. Restaurants and bars at the beachfront and, on Fridays, a very popular market.
You can visit interesting villages like Ingenio, Agüimes, Telde, Galdar, Agaete, etc., typical places like Guayadeque, Bandama and many more in the island, and make service of our own free service "El Paseo guide and bus service for activities".
Please note that 30% of total fee for the stay is payable at the point of reservation. The remainder is to be paid upon arrival.
