Overview |
In between the cosy old town of Gammel Skagen and the Maritime Centre is the Color Hotel Skagen. Set amongst beautiful scenery that is characterised by heather bushes and rolling waves that clash against the coast.
Color Hotel Skagen has 152 spacious rooms including 48 fully equipped apartments and is decorated in maritime style with new well appointed conference rooms. Color Hotel Skagen also has an outdoor pool, spa, sauna, billiard table, mini golf and petanque.
Take time to dine in the gourmet restaurant that uses the seasons for inspiration. The Bar, restaurant and living room with fireplace are tastefully decorated and the elegant wine cellar is a perfect way to celebrate a special occasion.
Skagen is Denmark's northernmost town where a visit to Den Tilsandede Kirke is a must. This is a medieval church tower which was covered by drifting sand several centuries ago and is currently being excavated.
